Shipping and Tracking

  • From our website, login to your account by clicking on the person symbol 

  • Once logged in, your account dashboard will show your recent orders. Click "Track Order" for details
  • If your order says Unfulfilled, our team is working on fulfillment.You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once the order has shipped
  • Please allow 48-72 hours for tracking information to update.
  • Once you have received a shipping confirmation email, your package is waiting to be sorted and scanned by the carrier. 
  • Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking events to update. Be sure to continue monitoring the tracking link for updates.
  • On some occasions, selected styles may experience a delay. We will fulfill the order as soon as we can and appreciate your patience!
  • Please note, we have been experiencing other companies impersonating our brand. Be sure to double check that your order confirmation came from @loveinfaith.life. All of our order numbers are 7 digit numerical numbers. We will always appear as Love in Faith on your bank statement. 
  • We currently do not have exact estimates on delivery timeframes. Our team is hard at work, fulfilling orders as soon as possible.
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email once the order has shipped.

If your order is unfulfilled or you have not received tracking, our team is currently working on fulfilling the order.

On some occasions, selected styles may experience a delay. We will fulfill the order as soon as we can and appreciate your patience!


 

  • Please contact us here as soon as possible with your order number and new address so our team can attempt to update the address.

We will do our best to update the address before the order is filled, however please be advised that Love in Faith is not obligated to assist with incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

  • If no one was home at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave the package in a safe location. Be sure to check around your home and with neighbors/building management that may have collected the package for you. 
  • On some occasions, packages may be marked as delivered but take additional time to arrive. 
  • If you still are unable to locate the package, please reach out to the carrier. If you need additional assistance, please contact us here so we can assist further!
  • We offer free shipping for orders with a $79+ subtotal. 
  • For Love in Faith members, free shipping is offered for orders with a $39+ subtotal.
  • For all other orders, shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on location.

At this time, we currently do not offer express or expedited shipping options. We are working on offering expedited shipping in the future.

On some occasions, select styles will be delayed. If your more recent order has all styles in stock, it may ship before an older order that may have styles finishing up with our printing team. 

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work as quickly as possible to fulfill orders. 

Returns and Exchanges

How to Book a Return

1. To book a return or exchange, visit here

2. Enter in the email used when placing your order along with your order number and click the "find my order" button. 

3. Be sure to select all the item/s you want to return/exchange before proceeding to the next page. 

4. Once you have booked your return, you will receive return instructions via email. 

For returns using a QR code: Package up your return and bring the QR code to your local USPS. The USPS agent will scan the QR code, print the shipping label and accept your return. 

For returns with a USPS return label: Package up your return, print and adhere your label to the return package and drop off at your local USPS. 

Return Policy

  • We accept returns within 30 days from when the order was delivered.
  • Items must be in new, unwashed and unworn condition. 
  • We offer 3 return options: Refunds to the original form of payment with a $5.95 return  label fee per order, exchanges with a $5 restocking fee or free returns for a store credit. 
  • Please note: Gift Cards, Final Sale Items such as Mystery Tees, Clearance, Free and Limited Edition Items are ineligible for returns and exchanges.

  • The item(s) being returned must be postmarked within 30 days from the day you received your order. 
  • A $5 restocking fee is applied to exchanges to cover return shipping, product restocking and processing fees for the new exchange order. 
  • If you do not see the size you wish to exchange for available, we recommend returning for a store credit and purchasing the correct size when it restocks
  • Your gift card will be emailed to the email address linked to the original order once processed. 
  • Be sure to check your junk and spam folders in case the email was filtered there. 
  • If you are still unable to locate your gift card, please contact us here so we can assist!
  • Once your return has been booked, you will be emailed a QR code. Be sure to check your inbox for the subject line "Love in Faith – Ready to drop off your return?"
  • Using our return QR code is easy! Just pack up your return and take it to your local USPS post office. The post office agent will scan the QR code, print a label and accept your return to be shipped back to us. 
  • If you have any issues retrieving your QR code, please let us know by contacting us here.
  • Once your return has been received and processed, you will be notified via email when the refund has been issued.
  • Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

For orders placed November 29th - December 24th, we have extended our returns window to 60 days. You can book your return or exchange here.

  • We currently offer size exchanges only.
  • If you wish to exchange for a different item on our website, we recommend returning for a store credit and placing a new order once the credit is issued. 
  • There is no return label fee for returns to a store credit and we add a bonus 15% to the refund amount.
  • Due to systematic limitations, all returns must be sent back using their respective label. Our return labels are associated with the items inside the package. 
  • Returns booked for multiple orders cannot be sent back in the same package. You must return different orders separately. 
  • If you do not see the size you wish to exchange for available, we recommend returning for a store credit and purchasing the correct size when it restocks
  • We currently only offer size exchanges
  • Once your return is booked, you can track the return from the return email sent containing your QR code
  • Your refund or exchange will be processed once received at our facility
  • If you chose a store credit refund, it will be sent to you in a separate email 
  • Please note, return labels must be used within 2 weeks of booking the return

BibleBox Subscription and LiF Membership

1. Login into your Love in Faith account here
2. Click Subscriptions on the left side. 
3. Locate your subscription and click "Manage". 
4. Click "Cancel Subscription" located in the middle, bottom of the page. Proceed to complete the steps to successfully cancel your subscription.

Love in Faith is not affiliated with any website other than www.loveinfaith.life.. We always ship from Southern California and will appear as Love in Faith on your bank statement. 

  • Due to systematic limitations, we are unable to cancel orders once placed.

We are unable to update the billing address on an order that has already been placed. Not to worry, this will not affect the processing of your order.

  • If your item is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of the order being delivered by contacting us here and attaching a clear photo of the issue and brief description.

Promo Issues

If you are unable to see a promo or discounted pricing:

  • Once the items are added to your cart, please click "checkout". The discounted pricing should be reflected on the checkout page.  
  • If discounted pricing still does not appear, we recommend clearing your cache or trying on a desktop browser. Please also try using an incognito browser window. You may need to copy and paste the promo link into the new browser. 

Please note that promo codes do not apply to mugs, tumblers, accessories, tote bags, denim jackets, sweaters or sweatshirts. Promo codes are discounts are limited to one per order and unable to be combined.

For Facebook promos, please click on the link and checkout via Facebook. 

  • After adding an item to your cart and clicking checkout, you will see a field in the upper right corner to enter your promo code. Be sure to click "Apply".

Please note the code is not applicable to mugs, tumblers, accessories, tote bags, denim jackets, shackets, sweaters or sweatshirts. Promo codes are also limited to one per order, not combinable with any other discounts.

  • Our Deal of the Day items and select stocking stuffers are limited to one per order. 

Love in Faith Rewards Program

To redeem your points for rewards:


1. Go to our website here and login to your account. 
2. The page will refresh once you login and take you to our rewards page. You could also click "Rewards" once signed into you account. 
3. Scroll about a half way down the page to see your point balance and redeem now button. 
4. Click which option you want to redeem for. 
5. Your reward promo code will be generated and emailed to you. The code can be copied and pasted in the Gift Card or Promo Code field at checkout. 

Please note: Rewards must be used in full towards an order.

Product Stock and Sizing

  • Our items run true to size, unisex fit. We recommend choosing the size you normally wear and love! 
  • You can also measure your favorite tee from armpit to armpit and use our size chart below as a reference. The size chart is located by clicking on an item and "Size Guide" located above the sizes. 


  • See below for our sweatshirt sizing, measurements are taken straight across the item and doubled.

  • We can't provide exact estimates of when items will be back in stock. We encourage you to check in periodically on our website to see if the item has come back into stock.

Our comparative, strikethrough prices are based on similar products sold by other retailers. We are happy to provide high quality items at amazing prices!

  • We used different suppliers for our t-shirts depending on the color and design. For fabric composition details, be sure to click on the item you are interested and see the product details section of the page. 
  • Our Heather and solid colors are Premium 52% Airlume Combed & Ring Spun Cotton / 48% Poly. 
  • Our Heather Grey and Athletic Heather colors are 90% Airlume Combed & Ring Spun Cotton / 10% Poly. Our Heather Prism colors are 99% Airlume Combed & Ring Spun Cotton / 1% Poly.

We currently do not carry toddler sizing, however we are hard at working creating more sizes and styles!
