ShipInsure is a package protection provider for Love in Faith. When you choose to add ShipInsure to your order in the cart, you gain the benefit of filing claims with ease in case of lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.

What's covered: packages that are lost in transit, damaged, or marked delivered but never received. Coverage begins once the carrier has scanned your package and it shows movement on tracking. Packages still showing "label created" are not yet eligible for a claim. If your tracking hasn't updated after 10 business days, please contact us here.

Shipinsure’s dedicated Support team will promptly review your claim and respond within 24 hours. If you have purchased ShipInsure Package Protection, you will receive a confirmation email from them with instructions on how to file a claim if needed.

ShipInsure is optional and shown as its own item on your order summary before you submit payment, with the option to remove it at any point before checkout is complete. ShipInsure is non-refundable once your order has been confirmed.
